14 DAYS RIGHT TO RETURN

Balkan Bul LTD notifies its customers that any product purchased online from www.jewelry-dynasty.com can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN / REPLACEMENT OF GOODS

1. The goods must be in original packaging and in undamaged commercial form

4. Not damaged / broken during transport. If damage to the shipment is established upon receipt by a courier, a report on the damaged shipment shall be drawn up in the presence of the courier. If a transport defect is subsequently found, the product is NOT SUBJECT to return / replacement.
5. To be accompanied by an original financial document proving that it was purchased by Balkan Bul LTD fiscal receipt, invoice, goods receipt, warranty card when issued and all accompanying documents to the original packaging.
6. The refund is made in the manner paid by the buyer, within 14 days from the date of return of the goods by money transfer through the courier company.
Upon receipt of the goods in the office of Balkan Bul LTD, an inspection and evaluation of the same is performed.
